A Practice Report On The Translation Of Addressing E-Payment Challenges In Global E-Commerce

Based on the task of addressing e-payment challenges in global e-commerce translation from Chinese to Chinese,this paper systematically summarizes the problems encountered in translation practice and the corresponding solutions by using relevant translation theories.The original translation material is selected from the official report issued at the World Economic Forum in May 2018.The report provides a brief background on the e-payment ecosystem,the opportunities and financial inclusion offered by e-payments to small businesses,and the payment-related barriers and solutions faced by small businesses addressing cross-border digital exchanges.Although the digital world is theoretically borderless,national and regional boundaries have not disappeared.The restrictions on international supply,the use and availability of electronic payment services are challenges to global e-commerce.The White Paper aims to inform the challenges and solutions to electronic payments in the global environment and focuses on issues such as how to provide and use electronic payment services internationally.This translation practice report is guided by Skopos theory to help readers of the target language to remove the difficulties and obstacles in reading or communication,and to help readers of native Chinese to understand the meaning of the text accurately.In the process of translation,the translator studies the characteristics of the translated text in detail,and tries to improve the quality and readability of the translation on the basis of faithful original text.At the same time,the translator has been helped by his teachers and classmates,and the translation has been further improved.Combined with the careful analysis and study of the features of the translation,the problems and difficulties encountered in translation practice are summarized,and more effective solutions are summarized,including:additional translation and provincial translation,part of speech conversion and so on.In the course of this translation practice,the translator has a deeper understanding of the combination of translation theory and translation practice,learns and summarizes the relevant technical terms and fixed usage,and at the same time improves his ability to apply theory to practice.It is hoped that this translation practice can help and reference the translation of relevant texts.
