Inheritance And Vicissitude Of Villages’s Festival Customs In The Process Of Modernization

Traditional festival vulgar culture is the product of the Chinese nation which has a long history, and is also an important part of traditional culture. Since China’s reform and opening up, the rapid development of the economy accelerate the process of the socialist modernization of our country. The modern way of thinking, life style and so on are affecting the traditional festival culture. The collision occurred in the traditional festival culture and modern society,in the process of collision, part of the traditional festival vulgar culture has received the unprecedented impact and begin to face the plight of survival and development. Traditional festival vulgar culture in the process of modernization continuously advancing, how will be the future. In the current situation, exploring the new festival vulgar culture already appears very necessary. This article attempts through the analysis of an ordinary village —— Nan Shangxi village in Feicheng of Shandong province to answer the survival and development of traditional festival culture in the process of modernization. Based on the needs of chapters set, thesis mainly is divided into five parts:The first part: Introducing the origin and significance of topic selection, research status, research methods, and an overview of the Nan Shang xi village-- this topic the fieldwork site.The second part discusses the relationship between the cultural changes of village and the inheritance of the festival. Firstly analyzing the cultural changes of village at the beginning of the founding to now, which include religion, entertainment, etiquette, ideas and festival customs etc.The second, With the Spring Festival for example, to analyze the changes of the physical, ancestor worship,entertainments and etiquettes under the background of the village culture changes.The third part discusses the cultural ideas and life memory festival inheritance and the intergenerational difference. First of all, analyzing the core concept of this chapter generational differences, clearing the division of generation in the this chapter; Secondly,with the February 2 Festival for example, to analyzes the three generations of the intergenerational difference about cultural ideas and life memories of their parents, grandparents, children.The fourth part discusses the hollowing out of village and festivals. The first, to analysis of the causes of the hollow out of village, mainly from three aspects: the population migration, labor mode of institutional change and management to discuss. Secondly, analyzing the festival activities of emigrants and left-behindThe fifth part is conclusion. This part aims at the village festival custom inheritance problems to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of festival customs protection of villages in the process of modernization, increasing of mining and finishing in traditional festival custom of village; bringing into play the function of school, family inheritance; Development of rural economy, increasing the consciousness of inheritance and so on.
