A Vocabulary Study Of Sanmenxia Dialect

Sanmenxia dialect belongs to the Fenhe section of Zhongyuan mandarin. This article takes the vocabulary of Hubin District dialect of Sanmenxia city as study object. In the on-the-spot investigation foundation, we compile the glossary of Hubin District dialect, and make research from synchronic and diachronic perspectives. The synchronic study include the difference of internal form and external form between Hubin District dialect vocabulary and mandarine vocabulary, namely the analysis of syllabic quantity, moneme, lexical meaning and grammatical meaning. The diachronic study include textual research archaism of Hubin District dialect, through which we can see Hubin District dialect vocabulary evolved from the ancient words.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter introduces the geography, history,population, phonetic system and dialect research status of Hubin District. And the content of the study, research methods,purpose and significance is also described in this section.The second chapter lists the glossary of Hubin District dialect, a total of 30 classes, and more than six thousand, including some idioms and songs. In this section, monosyllabic words are listed separately in order to highlight the vocabulary characteristics.The third chapter describes the lexical characteristics of Hubin District dialect from morphology and word sense. The part of morphological character includes syllable feature and moneme feature, and the part of word sense character includes the feature of lexical meaning and grammatical meaning.The fourth chapter analyses the formation reason and additional morphology of Hubin District dialect vocabulary. There are five aspects to expound the formation reason, they are characteristics of out property, use, behavior act, taboo psychology and speculation, all mainly based on the common words in the glossary and some mortuary and marriage scenes words. The part of additional morphology lists especial affix in Hubin District dialect.The fifth chapter researches the textual archaism of Hubin District dialect.The sixth chapter is the summary of the article.
