Investigations And Studies On Chaoyang Dialects Of Liaoning Province

Chaoyang dialect, which belongs to the Chaofeng tablets of Beijing Mandarin.The number of early scholars researching on Liaoning dialect is not much, especially less on vocabulary and grammar, let alone the study of Chaoyang dialect vocabulary. In recent years,with the changes of the study concepts on dialect, the study of dialect shows a full range of feature: lexical studies have attached enough importance and made a series of achievements.But vocabulary study on the Chaoyang dialect is still lacking. I think this is just the necessary point on Chaoyang dialect study. So, this article selects a topic under this context and tends to carry out comprehensive and systematic research on the Chaoyang dialect.The full paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the history,geography, and population of Chaoyang, as well as the research methods and the purpose of this article. Describling the sound, rhyme, tone system and tone sandhi of Chaoyang dialect.The second chapter illustrates the classification of Chaoyang dialect vocabulary and divides it into 32 categories according to the meaning. The third chapter analyses the Chaoyang dialect vocabulary and mandarin vocabulary and aslo about the word formation of Chaoyang dialect vocabulary and additional word coinage. The fourth chapter explores on the etymology of Chaoyang dialect vocabulary through the perspective of history.This paper collectes Chaoyang dialect vocabulary exhaustively, and then summarizes it.As for the part which makes a big difference with the mandarin and Mandarin vocabulary,details are illustrated.Comparing with the mandarin from the number of syllables and the morphemes using situation. Also included are the in-depth analysis of word building and the affixation characteristic. Then explore the semantic features of Chaoyang dialect from its vocabulary, grammar and the meaning of color.In hope of more fully understanding the characteristics of Chaoyang dialect vocabulary by researching the etymology.Under the background of being familiar with the mother tounge, I make a lot of research,refer to the relevant literature and finally finish this thesis.Wishing to make a contribution to the study of the Chaoyang dialect vocabulary.
