As the government on housing policy adjustments and the changes in the real estate market, the competition in real estate business is more intense in our country. How real estate enterprises could stand out in the fierce competition has become increasingly concerned about issues. As a real estate enterprise, what kind of leadership should we choose in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and make enterprise management to maximize efficiency? This is the major issues which enterprise leader must carefully choose.Real estate enterprise is gathered of knowledge works, knowledge workers as independence individuals has the characteristics and highly flexible.In organization cluster this kind of employees, chosen transformational leadership as the main body style of leadership is good for employees to the display of their initiative and potential of mining.It’s also good for organization and management efficiency of the ascension. Compared with other leadership style, an essential feature of the transformational leadership is the leader actively advocating new change. Transformational leadership can encourage employees to bold to try new ideas, methods and measures to innovative solutions to problems.Through effective innovation activities to achieve innovation performance. How to make innovation performance highlights? many factors can influence during the process of leadership, only to seize the main factors and make clear its influence mechanism so that can we solve the problem fundamentally.Therefore, this study chosen transformational leadership as the breakthrough point to study the effect mechanism of transformational leadership on employee innovation job performance based on the knowledge workers from real estate enterprise as an example.And further study is on whether this mechanism has a mediation effect and adjustment effect.This study selected subjects from the real estate enterprises in several city of Henan province. In the form of paper questionnaire and employees self-reported to test and using descriptive statistics, letter validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of statistical method.This study first to exam the quality analysis of transformational leadership questionnaire, and the results shows that transformational leadership questionnaire has the ideal faith validity. This research also test the reliability and validity of other questionnaire used by this study. On this basis to do the follow-up related research, the study find out conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Transformational leadership to the knowledge workers has significant positive influence on innovation job performance in the real estate enterprise of our country. Sense of security has the intermediary effect between transformational leadership and innovation job performance.(2)Inputting the regulating variable organizational climates for innovation the study found that transformational leadership through the sense of safety’s intermediary effect on innovative job performance is effected by organizational climates for innovation regulation effect. The sense of safety’s mediation effect between transformational leadership to innovation job performance can be enhanced by the regulation effect of organizational climates for innovation.
