| How to improve the work performance of employees has always been the core issue that enterprises and organizations focus on,especially in the current epidemic situation,enterprises and organizations are faced with fierce external competition pressure.Employees work performance in the process of ascension,and support from colleagues,directly under the leadership and organizational innovation,employees about their performance and the performance of others information gathering,as well as "change-trading" type of leadership style on the employee task-innovation performance,this study attempts to explore the "change-trading" dual leadership and feedback seeking behavior,innovation atmosphere,and "task-innovation" the relationship between the dual performance.Based on the theory of proactive behavior,this paper explores the mediating role of feedback-seeking behavior in "transformation-transaction" ambidextrous leadership and "task-innovation" ambidextrous performance,and explores the moderating role of innovation climate on mediating behavior.Data collection: 135 employees and their direct leaders were followed up for 6 times for 3 consecutive months by questionnaire.The results showed that:(1)There were positive correlations between "transformation-transaction" ambidextrous leadership and "task-innovation" ambidextrous performance,"transformation-transaction" ambidextrous leadership and feedback-seeking behavior,and feedback seeking behavior and task-innovation ambidextrous performance.(2)Feedback seeking behavior mediates the relationship between "transformationtransaction" ambidextrous leadership and "task-innovation" ambidextrous performance;(3)Innovation climate moderates the relationship between feedback seeking behavior and task-innovation ambidextrous performance.This study examines the relationship between transformation-transaction ambidextrous leadership and task-innovation ambidextrous performance,and explores the mediating mechanism of feedback-seeking behavior and the moderating mechanism of innovation climate.The research conclusions are helpful for enterprises and organizations to examine the existing leadership style and work performance,and improve work performance results by promoting feedback seeking behavior and innovation atmosphere,which is of great significance to the long-term sustainable development of enterprises and organizations. |
