Micro blog is a kind of new-risen social networking communication media,with its convenient, quick and instant publishing and communication characteristics of diversity, has attracted large amounts of college students. Micro blog enrich the spire life of college students, become the main means of college students to acquire knowledge and information, and provide students with a more autonomous, interactive social platform. As university students become more and more concerned about the micro blog and use it more frequently, parts of students have a psychological dependence on micro blog gradually, step into the ranks of micro blog addiction. Micro blog addiction and Internet addiction has similar formation mechanism and symptoms.Current psychologist have not yet put forward a targeted and approved by the generally accepted concept and standard of micro blog addiction, with reference to Internet addiction, which is a standard if micro blog user average use micro blog for more than 6 hours daily, and accord with standard of "Internet addiction" symptoms more than 3 months, can be judged to be addicted to micro blog. Past studies have shown that Internet addiction exist significant correlation with time management disposition, self-control.Time management disposition is a kind of psychological and behavior characteristics which refers to how the individual treat time both in function and value, the way of use of time,it is a multidimensional and multilevel mental structure of personality traits.This personality contains three dimensions: time value(personal) orientation and social orientation, time monitoring concept(planning, setting objectives, priorities, time distribution and feedback) and self-efficacy of time efficiency and time management(time management behavior efficiency).Self control refers to individual control their own mental and behavior actively, choose target independently, they monitor and regulate their own behavior properly in the condition of without any outside supervision, resist the temptation to delay gratification, perseverance to achieve the goal,this is a kind of comprehensive ability, reflected in such aspects as cognition, emotion and behavior.This study adapt the method of questionnaire and experiment to investigate college students’ present situation of micro blog usage, explore the relationship among micro blog addiction,time management disposition and self control, and in order to achieve the purpose of experiment intervening,researcher adopt a group psychological counseling that on the basis of some related theories for students who belong to micro blog addiction.This study used the “ questionnaire of present situation of college students’ micro blog usage”compiled by the researcher(2013); the “questionnaire of micro blog social communication scale”, “questionnaire of micro blog information sharing scale”,“questionnaire of micro blog addiction scale”compiled by qian Le, Xun-hua Guo, Cai-hong Sun(2013); the “ questionnaire of time management disposition scale” compiled by Xi-ting Huang, Zhi-jie Zhang(2001); the “ questionnaire of college students’ Internet use self-control scale” compiled by Yang-yi Ou, Da-jun Zhang and Ming-xia Wu(2013); the “ questionnaire of the community satisfaction self evaluation questionnaire” compiled by Tian Li(2012),and group activities assistance program is compiled by the researcher. The experimental subjects are college students in Henan university, study 1 describe the present situation of college students’ micro blog usage;study 2 explores the relationship among micro blog addiction, time management disposition and self-control;in study 3,on the basis of micro blog addiction scale score, 60 students was selected as object of group psychological counseling, among which 30 people as experimental group, another 30 people as control group.Research using the field experiment method,based on the designed group psychological counseling scheme, the research adopted the field experiment method for 2 months of group psychological counseling,once a week, 1-1.5 hours every time.The conclusions of this research are as follows :1.On the gender, the micro blog addiction,micro blog usage motivation of social interaction of college students don’t existed significant differences;the micro blog usage motivation of information sharing existed significant differences;2.On the grade, the micro blog addiction,micro blog usage motivation(social interaction and information sharing) of college students don’t existed significant differences;3. College students’ micro blog addiction were negative correlation with time management disposition(p < 0.05);4. College students’ micro blog addiction were negative correlation with self control significantly(p < 0.01);5.After group psychological counseling intervention, the scores of the experimental group was significantly lower in micro blog addiction than those in the control group, and existed significant differences of the average score in micro blog addiction(p < 0.05);6.After group psychological counseling intervention, the scores of the experimental group on micro blog addiction scores dropped significantly.Therefore, on the gender, the micro blog addiction,micro blog usage motivation of social interaction of college students don’t existed significant differences;the micro blog usage motivation of information sharing existed significant differences;on the grade, the micro blog addiction,micro blog usage motivation(social interaction and information sharing) of college students don’t existed significant differences;micro blog addiction were negative correlation with time management disposition,self control significantly;after group psychological counseling intervention, the scores of the experimental group was significantly lower in micro blog addiction than those in the control group, and existed significant differences of the average score in micro blog addiction,time management disposition and self control has significant influence on micro blog addiction, group psychological counseling based on the theory of time management and self control has significant effect to lower the levels of college students’ micro blog addiction.
