Whether individuals can arrange the time reasonably will influence their ability to widen the width of life vitally. The Time Management Disposition refers to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the individual in the function and value of the time, and in the use of time. The most important activities of college students are learning and surfing the Internet. And some of college students may suffer Academic Procrastination and Internet Dependence because they can’t manage time effectively. So what is the current situation of College Students’ Time Management Disposition, Internet Dependence and Academic Procrastination? What is the relationship among them? In this paper, I will investigate 356 college students with Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale, Chinese Internet Dependence Scale and Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students. And the results showed that:1. College Students’ Time Management Disposition is above the medium level, the degree of Internet Dependence and Academic Procrastination is low to some extent.2. There were no significant differences in the Time Management Disposition, Internet Dependence and Academic Procrastination of college students in gender and grade.3. College Students’ Time Management Disposition and Internet dependence, Academic Procrastination were significantly negatively correlated.4. The college students’ Internet Dependence is significantly positively correlated with Academic Procrastination.5. College students’ Internet Dependence plays a part of intermediary role between Time Management Disposition and Academic Procrastination.In the base of the above results, I design a group counseling program with the theme of Time Management Disposition, to explore how to intervene in College Students’ Time Management Disposition, and to explore the relationship between Time Management Disposition and Internet Dependence, Academic Procrastination further.9 college students were selected stratified randomly to take part in group counseling, the results showed that:1. Group counseling on college students’ Time Management Disposition has a certain role in promoting college students’ Time Management Disposition.2.
