The Research On Countermeasure Of Chinese Animation Industry Development From The Perspective Of Cluster Competitiveness Evaluation Of International Animation Industry

After 90s, with the rising of Cultural and creative industries, Animation industry, one type of cultural industries, is becoming a new economic growth point in Europe, America, Japan, Korea and other countries. Animation industry is also regarded as a pillar industry in Britain, South Korea and Japan. In order to enhance China’s soft power, change the industrial restructuring, China has make a series of policies to encourage animation industry. These policies make the animation industry of China develop rapidly after 2004. Many animation industry clusters have been set up. However, there are several problems behind the rapid development of the animation industry:animation enterprises do not real integrate the cluster animation enterprises lack of complementary, government’s policies dislocation and so on.Therefore, this paper try to look into the animation cluster in depth by studying the distribution of abroad animation industry cluster and the characteristics of animation cluster development. At last propose some suggestions on China’s animation industry cluster’s future development. The main contents of this paper are four points:(1) Analyze the foreign animation industry cluster. Based on the animation industry cluster segmented statistics of animation industry, analyze thirteen animation industry distribution from United States, Britain, France, India, Canada and other seven countries in seven stages including the development stage, pre-production, mid-production, post-production, sales stage, derivatives and the animation environment. Then categorize these thirteen companies’animation industry clusters according to the various stages of the animation industry cluster.(2) Build a competitive power model of animation industry cluster. This paper are based on the traditional Pa-Kat GEM model, consider the characteristics of cultural industries, through the analysis of three traditional GEM models and some new cultural impact factors, and build a suitable competitive animation industry cluster computing model. By adopting the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, calculate the competitiveness power of three type animation industry clusters.(3) Analyze the competitiveness of foreign animation industry cluster competitiveness. After analyzing the distribution characteristics of foreign Animation industry cluster in different stages, find out the reasons of different performance of each type of animation industry cluster’s competitiveness.(4) Based on the characteristics of foreign animation industry cluster enterprises and those problems during the development of china’s animation industry, Give some suggestions on China’s animation industry cluster’s development from the view of improving the industrial structure of the cluster, first abroad then domestic sales policy, counterpoint policy making, improving the function of animation Association and soThis thesis use the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the distribution of animation industry cluster enterprises, at the same time refer to the experiences of foreign animation industry cluster’s development, which is a meaningful trial and exploration of the development model of China animation industry.
