The Study Of The Countermeasures Of Dalian Cartoon Industry In Communication Perspective

Cartoon is a new cultural industry of creating meanings and riches,which has formed developed tendency in city and base precede others,which has formed new characters in base, community and high grade.In the《Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Cultural Development》,it takes digital content and animation industry as one of nine categories of cultural industry,much attention is paid on the animation industry.But as a national animation industry base in Dalian,in the development process of animation industry has incomplete of control and production chain and so on.question appeared ineffective,This shows that the city government of Dalian,did not give sufficient attention and support to the specific operation of animation industry,plus some of their inheritance in operation,the animation industry development of Dalian obviously lag behind the development of animation industry in other animation cities of China.This paper is studied under the background of the global creative,with full economic boom and animation industry development,in view of the key cities into animation industry development and regional advantages,this article discusses the strategy of Dalian cartoon industry around Dalian industry structure and area character.There are four parts in this paper: the first chapter for research background,on the one hand from the Liaoning province,the animation industry development in Dalian,related policy guidance to the concept of industry, status and the significance;On the other hand analyzes the background of the academic research from the sense of literature review paper;The second chapter basically from the research framework of 5w Lasswell mode of transmission,animation industry, communication channels,communicators,the audience and spreading effect content of five elements were analyzed;The third chapter basically analyses the development of the problem of animation industry in Dalian from the government and industry chain transmission, initiative and audience orientation and original creativity in works;The fourth chapter based on chapter three,put forward to one of the industrial development strategy.This paper studies the factor of mass communication,and industrial policy interpretation,according to the academic research and practice investigation,giving a wisdom support to the development of animation industry in Dalian.
