Stop-motion animation and public advertising as the two art forms has its unique cultural characteristics and charm in different countries and geographical background effect. Stop-motion animation as a branch of art in the last century of China to brilliant development, not only deeply influenced the people’s artistic sense, but also for the Chinese brought many honors in the international arena. After ten years of silence, and is now into sight, stop-motion animation techniques by foreign influence and promote China’s younger generation of scholars able to lead in this development, development and continuity. As science and technology, rapid economic development, people’s sense of social responsibility is gradually fading, for the protection of the natural environment consciousness becomes weak. Many people’s behavior often tend to pursue economic interests, which appeared in various social problems, so people are more positive values to guide urgent need. PSAs of this form of artistic expression, just to meet people’s needs. Information transmitted through public service ads, not only a positive impact on people’s behavior, but also to promote the progress and development of social morality.This paper discusses the deep freeze animation and PSAs.
