Cross-cultural Communication Problems And Countermeasures

A culture influence person’s the way of thinking. Each country has its different culture, so the way they do business is different, this way cause problems in cross-cultural communication. Nowadays, international business is mushrooming. So study on cross cultural communication is great important.Recently much attention has focused on cross cultural communication in Mongolia, Cause currently, Mongolia is increasingly developed on foreign market, we know about how to make connection and how much it is important. Communication is culture, culture is communication. A case study was based on ETOC company in Mongolia which co-operating with Japanese SURUGA company. This paper studied the cross cultural communication problems of the two companies and put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing the culture differences between Mongolia and Japan.
