Names in different times reflects different cultural characteristics of the historical nature of The Times. So, a certain culture group names to some extent reflect the social politics, economy, cultural thinking, value orientation and aesthetic. Jalaid culture is a farming and animal husbandry or pure animal husbandry as the main economic way of life in the multicultural. This paper on the basis of from Jalaid gained by the population and family planning bureau of investigation (1950-2013 64 3.17486 billion people) based on first-hand materials, by dividing into the 1950-1965,1966-1976,1978-2000,2001-2013 and other four stages respectively from each stage makes a detailed interpretation of the analysis of three years illustrate Jalaid since the founding of the Mongolian names change characteristics of different price segment.This paper consists of introduction, text and conclusion of three parts. The introduction mainly introduces selected topic reason and the object of study, data sources and research methods, research content and purpose, and research work. The text is divided into three chapters, the first chapter mainly introduces Jalaid Mongolian history and culture environment and human birthright stage. The second chapter research development since the founding of Jalaid Mongolian names. The third chapter to the perspective of cross-cultural communication, inductive Jalaid change characteristics of the Mongolian names. Research content summary part mainly summarized the full text, and analysis the cultural value orientation of Jalaid Mongolian names and cross-cultural communication, it is concluded that the "cross" spread of culture, strengthen the national identity.Full text through data statistics shows an overview of each stage, and then USES the comparative research to interpret the characteristics of names, each stage the literature content analysis method was applied to the historical and cultural conditions and reasons for the formation of each stage names to explore.
