The transportation means played important roles in the Silk Road in the Gansu Corridor during Han and Tang dynasty. Archaeological discovery evidences there are many transportation mean relics, such as jiaozi, wheelbarrow, horse and carriage, cow and ox-drawn carts, donkeys and donkey carts, camels, boats and other relics. The author uses archaeological discoveries and historical resources to comb the transportation mean relics in the Gsnsu Corridor, and research these relics temporal and spatial characteristics. Then the author analysis the properties of Military of transportation means, and expounds the realationship between transportation means and caste(and Business).
