Study On The North China Anti-Japanese Base Aeras Morality Construction Of The Communist Party Of China

Ethical culture which meets with the requirements social and historical progress has played a considerable role in promoting the development of society. Studying the Moral Construction of North China Anti-Japanese Base in the sense that it reveals its spiritual power and social contribution to the construction of the anti-Japanese base areas and defeating the Japanese aggressors. Also, Anti-Japanese Base in North China is the center and pillars of strength in battlefields. By analyzing and summarizing the Moral Construction, we can get a glimpse of its whole picture and the accumulated experiences. Of course, in addition to the great academic value on the theory of moral and cultural construction, study on moral construction in anti-Japanese base areas in North China also has some inspirations to the current moral status in China.Starting from the reality of the moral condition in Northern China, following the goals of Communist Party, the ideology of the moral construction and its guide, by use of multi-disciplinary knowledge including ethics, history, and sociology, with a holistic approach for overall investigation and case study analysis, on the basis of theory combining with practice, this study systematically investigated the moral construction, and comprehensively described the content of moral construction, core ideas, initiatives, lessons learned,achievements and significance. The main body is divided into three parts:Part I: It is illustrated the historical background of Moral Construction processed by Communist Party. Starting from the anti-Japanese base areas in North China’s construction of the moral status, it has been described the current moral status in the anti-Japanese base areas of North China, and revealed the existence of the problem and its negative impact on the survival base, pointed out the necessity and importance of moral construction, and illustrated moral construction of philosophy and guiding ideology.Part II: Moral construction is mainly elaborated. Including, firstly, enhance the moral consciousness and gather the spiritual strength. From the multi-angle of praising the spirit of patriotism, promoting the spirit of hard work, and carrying forward the brave fighting spirit, it is illustrated the revolutionary heroism and the spirit of devotion, how to stimulate theanti-Japanese national consciousness and fighting spirit in Chinese soldiers and civilians, how to cope with the viewpoint of life and death and become loyal national defenders and builders of ethnic. Secondly, improve the moral standards and improve the quality of the humanities.First, strengthen their self-cultivation, create good personal image. Secondly, we advocate humane care and strengthen the social governance. The Party members, cadres and public officials in the Base must respect all people, carry forward the humanitarian spirit, concern about the interests and aspirations of the people from the ideological, political, economic and cultural aspects, and fight resolutely with the enemies who were harmful to people(such as bandits, smoke bet). Last but not least, improve the cultural and scientific level, and get rid of ignorance and backwardness. Improve the cultural, scientific and technological level is the fundamental move to get rid of ignorance and backwardness, and also is an important way to liberation from feudal superstition out of prison. Thirdly, promote fairness and justice, to ensure the democratic rights. Firstly, universal suffrage was valid in the Base, to ensure the people’s democratic freedoms and political rights. Secondly, implementation of rent and interest reduction, to ensure that the economic interests of farmers. Thirdly, establishment of an uncorrupted and efficient government. Fourthly, transformation unhealthy, and establish a modern good morals. In order to achieve family harmony, marital happiness, social stability and their moral goals, the Communist Party in the Base improved the social and domestic status of women and children; promoted freedom of marriage, fought against the mercenary marriage, foot-binding, infanticide and so on.Part III: Summed up the experience and moral construction, lessons and inspiration.Firstly, the Communist Party had gained a lot of experience in the moral construction in North China Anti-Japanese Base, for example: put the moral construction in an important position;combine the power of education and law; set classic examples; and any other ways and means.These experiences make moral construction has made brilliant achievements. However, there were profound lessons to be learnt in the Moral Construction, such as lack of study on the theory of Moral Construction, not comprehensive enough in the assignment arrangement,imbalanced content of education and measurement, low moral standards in some leaders and cadres, obey the rules of moral construction or lack of patience in promoting the rules, and soon.Currently our country has entered a new stage of reform and opening up, the CPC Central Committee are building moral construction system and proposed the core values of socialism. The morality spiritual resources of North China Anti-Japanese Base, such as love the motherland and the people, science, labor; dedication, self-introspection, honesty and high efficiency; solidarity, hard work, reform and innovation, has important practical value. Of course, there were also lessons we should learn from it.
