Anti-japanese Base Areas Punishing Traitors Research

After the July 7 Incident of 1937,Japanese imperialism began all-out attack on China.During this period, the Japanese imperialist plundered unbridledly Chinese resource and tried to destroy China quickly. But the Janpanese imperialism is being resisted by the Chinese people.The Janpanese imperialist,which had taken a series of measures to play off one group of Chinese against the other and sustain the war by means of war,had taken account into China’s complex political,economic, cultural and social background, as well as the reality of the situation in China.Japanese imperialism tried to use the puppet regime to damage China’s Anti Japanese War. The Japanese imperialist alternated between coercion and temptation,some weak willed people caved.There were prominent nobles、humble spalpeen and the Anti Japanese Patriots in these traitors,such as Zhou Fohai, Wang Jingwei, Chen Bijun, etc.. They serviced for Japan’s acts of aggression against China directly or indirectly,and caused great damage to the China Anti Japanese activities.However,in the Chinese nation life-and-death survival time,some patriotic people in cultural circles had written books to express their views on this issue,such as Tong Zhenhua,Fu Yutan,Rick Tsai.In these books, the authors wrote the traitors damage and punishment method. These authors called on the people of the whole country to unite together to resist and remove the traitors. Through access to relevant historical data, this paper introduces the origin, classification and harm of traitors etc.Combined with the parts of traitors governance historical facts, The thesis made a summary about the policy of punishing the traitor in Anti Japanese base.The preface of this paper introduces the research background, research status and makes a brief overview of the ideas used in the paper. The main body of the thesis consists of three parts.The first part is discussed the origin, distribution and harm of the traitors of the Anti Japanese war. The second part is studied on legislation and policies for punishing the traitors in major Anti Japanese bases.The third part is discussed the Anti Japanese according to the traitors to the punishing policy as well as the guiding ideology, analysis the traitors in Anti Japanese activities to the positive impact of the removal. The last part of the paper is discussed China’s Anti Japanese base of traitor punishment policy and effect are summarized and estimated. The author hopes that the Chinese can learn from history and continue to maintain and carry forward China’s unity, unremitting self-improvement patriotic national spirit.
