Research On The Core Meaning Of Adjectives In Hua Jian Anthology

Hua Jian Anthology is the first word collection of Chinese literature history,it contains 18 poets’ works from late Tang dynasty to the five dynasties,which reflects the early literati word creation theme, artistic style and aesthetic temperament and interest.It has great influence on the later literature.It is our important material during the transitional period from middle Chinese to modern Chinese corpus. At present, the study of Hua Jian Anthology focus upon the literature aspect,but for language research is weak. This article tries to research the core meaning of Chinese adjective,the full text is composed of five chapters:The first chapter is introduction, it includes three contents: first of all, reviewed the research achievements of predecessors to Hua Jian Anthology;Secondly, summarized the current research situation of adjectives; Finally, made a brief explanation on the basic of the predecessor.The second chapter is to explore the core meaning from the original meaning,in this chapter,I made a subtle description and explanation, combined it with literature, in order to get profound understanding of the core meaning of the adjective. Content includes three aspects: discussed the relationship between the original meaning and the core meaning;analyzed how to reveal the importance of the meaning of literature from the original meaning to explore the core meaning.The third chapter is to describe the relationship between cognate word and core meaning,I combined it with works of artistic conception.,we can find that it is helpful to link cognate word.The fourth chapter is to differentiate synonyms through the core meaning,we made some examples in order to explain the difference and similarities between synonyms,as a result,we can get the main reason for the difference in meaning.The fifth chapter is conclusion, described the research value of the core meaning and art style of Hua Jian Anthology.which was reflected from the research of the core meaning of Hua Jian Anthology.
