In recent years, here is a problem,a plenty of youth movies and a lack of these films’ study, that getting worse. And we should be attach importance to that most youth movies are fail to catch audiences’ heart. We can see clearly that the Youth Movies used a improper way to present the youth’s stories, such as they had too many same stories about school period, so that private personal and multiform experience of adolescence fail to touch anybody now.Therefore theory guiding is exceedingly necessary. In this paper, we will conclude movies in almost thirty years since 1980 and will compare these movies with historical view and cultural voice.As well as there are three topics, characteristics of times, value of dreams and expressing of love, will be discussed and several details such as narrative form and gender expression also can be considered with three movies in different age. At last, it is can be revealed that nothing poses a greater threat to restore a original appearance of young period than patterned Youth Movie that it is a kind of illusion created by commercial system and cultural institution.In short,the Youth Movie could embrace various content that ranges focusing progress of individual or group to showing affection of young man and recalling memories of young stories. and the most significant is that it can honestly face ordinary experience in life and bravely present it. Hence, there are should be abandoned that excessive conflict and over commercial packing especial hyper-sensation in drama, the reason is that everything of young is so wonderful that can touch everyone who still remembers adolescence. Finally, it can be expected that this paper will provide thought-provoking advises for the youth movies’ producing and that we should not neglect the pure appearance of youth.
