Qin bamboo slips is important material to our study of family and marriage in the Warring States.Taking Shuihudi Qin slips, Liye Qin bamboo slips, Yuelu Qin bamboo slips, Qin bamboo slips in Beijing University, Fangma Qin bamboo slips, combined with the Han bamboo materials and historical documents,we discuss these issues related to family and marriage from four aspects.The first chapter discusses the freemen family and slave family in Qin bamboo slips and the relationship of marriage involved. Registered marriage was official recognized.
