The Exploration Of Unity Consciousness In The Practice Of Art

As one of culture carriers and human consciousness evolution, art is the Pure Land and the temple that our soul is deposited in this world. For thousands of years, Chinese painting art has been inheriting the profound and brilliant Chinese civilization,philosophy and national spirit, as well as reflecting art pursuit and aesthetic ideal of the harmony between man and nature. And the outstanding painters in every period blended personal insights about life, nature and society into his works, which made the expression of external object, the state of one’s own soul, the experience summarized in previous art practice as well as innovation consciousness, be a highly harmony and unity in the works’ content and form.During the three-year graduate study, the most important promotion for us must be developing painting consciousness, broadening the mind, which promoted skill and craftsmanship. This is the process of qualitative change that skills are superb and nearly reach the law of universe.We have been trying to make our artistic creations only connect with the experience of unity and the wisdom of truth in self life here and now. We have been trying to make our artistic creations become an art activity which not relating to any past knowledge,utilitarian intuition and spirit. We combine the image with the expression of mind consciousness, as well as combine the creation experience with the current art practice.Furthermore, we try to innovate, and enjoy all the beauty and grace that art has given to us. Combined with master graduation creation, this article studies and discusses that the use of unity consciousness in the art practice affects the form and content of painting, philosophy, life experience and the integration of Chinese and Western art.To make this as the beginning, I will continuously explore in the art field that I sincerely love. So that the sense of life, the spirit of art, skills and ideals which reflected in the works could constantly grow and finally achieve the state of unity.
