Middle school students is the main task of the study, in the long time high strength study, it is easy to cause learning burnout.Learning burnout occurs, high school students will not appear confident, depression, interpersonal discomfort or even reduce the level of the body, not only affects academic performance, but will have a negative impact on their health.Therefore, it is necessary to middle school students learning burnout some research. In this study, the relationship between social support for middle school students, resilience and learning burnout among in-depth analysis and discussion, analysis and discussion of gender, grade, and whether the impact resilience child, to students and other demographic variables and social support what role play between learning burnout.In this study, stratified cluster sampling in Shandong Province two junior and senior high 840 subjects conducted a questionnaire survey questionnaire: leaf Wyatt sister, Dai Xiaoyang report on "Adolescent Social Support Scale" Huyue Qin Gan Yiqun prepared "Youth mental toughness scale, " Qiao Hu, BIMONTHLY preparation of the "Students’ learning Burnout questionnaire ", using SPSS18.0 the data were processed,investigated social support secondary school students, the relationship between the status quo and resilience and learning burnout, results were as follows:1,high school students overall level of social support and resilience of the overall low level of students’ learning burnout.2, social support high school students, there is a certain resilience significant differences in gender, grade, students on the ground; gender, grade, whether the child and the students on the ground there is a certain significant differences learning burnout.3, there is a significant correlation between the two high school students between social support, resilience and learning burnout, social support and resilience of learning burnout has significant predictive effect.4, the resilience of middle school students between social support and learning burnout partially mediated.5, junior middle school students mental flexibility in partial intermediary role between social support and learning burnout; High school students mental flexibility in completely intermediary role between social support and learning burnout.6, middle school boys mental flexibility in partial intermediary role between social support and learning burnout; Middle school girls’ resilience in completely intermediary role between social support and learning burnout.
