Research On Cultural Heritage Conservation In Rural Urbanization Course

During rapid rural urbanization course, correctively being aware of the historical mission to conserve cultural heritage and traditional cultural inheritance plays an actively promotive role in enhancing urban modernized society’s competition soft power and satisfying the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the broad mass of people. In order to conserve cultural heritage’s original style and features as completely as possible and cause the precious cultural heritage and quintessence inherited from ancestors being sustainable during rural urbanization course, cultural heritage conservation should not be ignored.Shajing Street, known as "millenary oyster’s home", enjoys profound cultural connotation and abundant cultural heritage resources with local characteristics. Since reform and opening-up, especially afterward rural urbanization, Shajing Street’s economy gets rapid development through more than 30 years of struggle. but, a great number of historical and cultural heritages are destroyed or demolished, cultural heritage resources with local characteristics are undergoing unprecedented impact, historical and cultural achievements accumulated by ancestors in the past are changing rapidly or forgot by us, or even disappear during rural urbanization course, thus historical and cultural heritage conservation becomes a matter of great urgency.In this paper, taking Shajing Street as an example, a research subject is put forward regarding the difficulties faced by cultural heritage conservation during rapid rural urbanization. Firstly, research overview with respect to the cultural heritage conservation at home and abroad is introduced, core concept and theory basis of this study is described, and study thought and method is put forward. Secondly, taking Shajing Street as an example, the current situation of Shajing Street cultural heritage conservation is introduced; starting from current status of the cultural heritage with typical and representative significance of Shajing Street, problems existing in Shajing cultural heritage culture and their primary causes are explored; then the influence of urbanization development on cultural heritage conservation is analyzed, and the domestic and abroad experience practices regarding cultural heritage conservation are introduced; and at last, taking domestic and abroad experiences, in combination with cooperative governance theory, strengthening Shajing cultural heritage conservation is taken into deep thought, and the following six countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to realize the effective operation of street culture heritage conservation’s cooperative governance: becoming aware of and perfecting conservation mechanism, raising fund through multiple channels to ensure satisfying cultural heritage conservation fund demands, perfecting inheritance mechanism, popularizing cultural heritage education, formulating government-planned conservation programs, and integrating cultural heritage resources’ orderly development and utilization, so that Shajing cultural heritage conservation work can be developed sustainably. To some extent, this study will not only provide reference basis for perfecting street cultural heritage conservation work, it is also hoped that it will provide some practicable experience with respect to cultural heritage conservation for other small regions, and is of active significance for conserving and inheriting outstanding national and regional culture.
