Research On The Protection And Utilization Of The Counties' Cultural Heritage In The Process Of Urbanization

A number of counties in China have long histories,abundant cultural heritage resources and splendid folk culture.It is the precious heritage of social development,and it is the treasury of architecture,urban planology and folkloristics,and it is also a social civilization progress and the development of the basic elements of imprinting.Along with China's urbanization as well as countries' urbanization are speeding up,the counties' abundant heritage resources are facing strong impact.Countries' cultural preservation and the deficiency of the missing caused the different level lost or destroy of heritage resources.The situation should not be ignored.On the basis of summary of the experts and scholars at home and abroad on cultural heritage protection and the research results,the basic concept of intangible cultural heritage,non-material cultural heritage,counties' cultural heritage and non-cultural relic protection of historical heritage is identified.Then the county cultural heritage protection and utilization as well as the present situation of the problem and its reasons are discussed in this paper,and combined with the author of in Pucheng,Shaanxi Province Cultural Heritage status investigation that: in terms of the present situation of the county cultural heritage,the protection and utilization of the situation is not optimistic.We are worried about a series of problems.For example,Security issues in the field of cultural relics,the loss of authenticity of cultural heritage,Inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.As well as the damage to the process of the development and utilization of cultural heritage.It needs the attention and research of the whole society.This paper makes the county cultural heritage protection and utilization of the importance and social significance of the were described;and the reasons of the problems in the protection and utilization of the cultural heritage of the county are discussed.Such as,the government is not fair to the protection and utilization of concept about cultural heritage.It analyzed and summarized about lack of awareness of value and sources of funds for the protection and intangible cultural heritage business bleak.I put forward some views and policy recommendations by myself.
