In the context of cultural globalization, co-production film becomes a new production model and has a unique culture characteristic. Sino-US co-production film is one of the most important cultural phenomenon. It bearing the mandate of business development and cultural dissemination. How to better construction and spread positive Chinese culture? Understanding the foreign audience how to interpret the Chinese culture. And maximum avoid overseas audience adversary decoding of Chinese culture have become important topics for the development of Sino-US co-production films.This study collected MRQE’s Sino-US Co-production film reviews of overseas film critics and did in-depth analysis. Then did the research of film reviews based on Text Mining methods and visualized the results based on Words Cloud. Finally, this study explored the interpretation and attitude of Sino-US Co-production film from overseas movie critics and did in-depth analysis of the factors.The main conclusion of this paper is that the basic attitude of overseas film critics is negative, overseas critics failed to objective evaluation of the Chinese culture, Sino-US co-production films haven’t been out of the stereotype of orientalism. Finally, this study sums up some countermeasures and ideas according to the problems. In the process of cooperation, seeking the standpoint of the two cultures and acknowledging the culture difference.
