Objective:(1) To establish the factor structure baseline model of eliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student in Chinese teenagers sample and America teenagers sample; assess measurement equivalence of Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student in Chinese teenagers sample and America teenagers sample.(2) Compare the difference of latent variable mean between Chinese teenagers sample and America teenagers sample in all factors of Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student, and make comparison with the difference of manifest variable mean. Methods:(1)1610 and 1637 high school students from China and America were investigated with Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student respectively.(2) Independent sample t-test was madeto compare the difference of manifest variable mean;multi-group confirmatory factor analysis was made to test configural in variance,weak in variance,stronginvariance and strictinvarianceof Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student between Chinese teenagers ample and America teenagers sample.Compare the difference of latent variable mean between Chinese teenagers sample and Italian teenagers sample,which was based on strong invariance.Results:(1)Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis of the 3 factors structure of Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student revealed that full configural invariance and full weak invariance,partial strong invariance and partial strict invariance were supported bythe date. In the 12 items, measurement intercepts of 2 items were noninvariant, measurement residuals of 1 items were non-invariant.(2) The manifest variable mean comparison showed that America teenagers sample was significantly higher than Chinese teenagers sample in the manifest variable mean of body bullying factor, relational bullying factor and totalscores of Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student or teenagers;(3) The latent variable mean comparison showed that there was significantly difference between the two samples in all factors of Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student. America teenagers sample was significantly higher than Chinese teenagers sample in the latent variable mean of body bullying factor and relational bullying factor;(4)There was accordance in the comparison of latent variable mean difference and manifest variable mean difference between Chinese teenagers sample and America teenagers sample.Conclusion:(1)Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student hold full and partial measurement invariance in Chinese teenagers sample and America teenagers sample;(2)There was accordance in the comparison of latent variable mean difference and manifest variable mean difference;(3)It should be cautious when explain the result of difference between different countries population of Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale-student.
