The Study About CEPA And The Changes Of Hongkong Gangster Movie

In June 29, 2003, the CPC Central government focuses on "two sides of the strait and the four directions"(mainland China, Hong Kong SAR of China, Macau SAR of China and Chinese Taiwan) and the Asian economic integration process. At the same time, in order to boost the economy of Hong Kong, An Ming, worked as deputy Minister of department of commerce, People’s Republic of China, on behalf of the Central People’s Government, Liang Jinsong, on behalf of the Financial Secretary of the HKSAR and, jointly signed the "the establishment and arrangement of Closer Economic Partnership between Mainland and Hong Kong ", "Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement"(CEPA for short) in English and came into effect since January 1st, 2004.This paper argues that the sign of CEPA plays an important role in the development of Hong Kong gangster films. The main text file of CEPA includes two parts: general rules and specific details. Specific details are divided into six text attachments. Attachment IV(that is, "specific commitments about open trade in fields") pay attention to the commitments and rules of "communication services ? video services," in form which is closely related to the adjustments of movie policy for Hong Kong in mainland’s side and hold indispensable impact for the future of Hong Kong films..Including introduction, the article is divided into five parts. Four of them are theme chapters.The introduction is divided into two parts to introduce the background and significance,research ideas and research methods. The first chapter mainly introduces the signing of CEPA and its impact to the development of Hong Kong’s film industry constitution. The second chapter mainly describes the development context of Hong Kong gangster movies before and after the signing of CEPA. Hong Kong gangster movie features a distinctive characteristic of the times, showing different artistic style in different historical periods; after the signing of CEPA, with the influence on relevant rules, the image of the police in Hong Kong gangster movie comes to back- order and day to day.The third chapter from the narrative perspective analyzes the changes in Hong Kong gangster film narrative strategy after the signing of CEPA. In the narrative theme, the termination of the Hong Kong gangster film concerns change to the fields of political, psychological and daily life content; on narrative discourse, Hong Kong gangster film’s narrative time has undergone the transition from a linear time to net time. The fourth chapter discusses the integration and implementation of Hong Kong gangster movie and the mainland film after the sign of CEPA. With the signing of CEPA, the Hong Kong gangster movies influenced by the mainland film and began to form a trend of "home country narration"; In addition, Hong Kong gangster film’s production of "typing" mode, distribution and screening of cinema system model, the star system model in distribution system build up a useful reference to the development of the mainland film.
