The History Of New Poetry Of The Morning Post Supplement

This paper based on The Morning Post Supplement new historical data as the research object, prepare to write history of New Poetry of The Morning Post Supplement from the perspective of literature history writing. Thus, all new poetry in The Morning Post Supplement from 1919 to 1928 can be generalized.In order to discuss these new poetry more fully, this article is divided into five chapters.Chapter one expounds the history of The Morning Post Supplement. With the clue of time, the paper introduces the editors,style of supplement, and other details in different historical period of The Morning Post Supplement. Chapter two is the outline of the new poetry in The Morning Post Supplement including that introduces the new poetry publishing situation and analyzes the poems gathered by The Morning Post Supplement, so that we can make a direct-viewing of these new poetry for almost ten years. Chapter three expounds the new poetry in Li Dazhao’s period. Zhu Ziqing,Kang Baiqing,Pin Jin the three poets are chosen to introduce as their representative new poetry. Chapter four discusses the new poetry creation in Sun Fuyuan’s period. This chapter mainly introduces the poems who writing lots of little poetry such as Bin Xin, Wang Tongzhao, He Zhisan. In addition to Liu’s Three brothers,Zhou Zuoren, Hu Shi and other poems has carried on the simple introduction. The last chapter discusses Xu Zhimo’s period of new poetry creation. This chapter introduce Xu Zhimo, Wen Yiduo and their colleagues Liu Mengwei, Four Sons of Tsinghua. Other young poets who were also fond of new metrical poetry such as Jiao Juyin and Jian Xian’ ai and so on are introduced too. Hu Yepin, who was last but writing most new metrical poetry after the editor Xu left, therefore he is also one of the key poems to introduce.
