| High school is a ivement motivation, social desirability have a important impact on their psychological health not only, also can improve the social adaptability of middle school students. Especially for miao nationality middle school students as a special community, study their self-esteem, achievement motivation and the relationship between social desirability of miao nationality has a positive role in the development of middle school students. So, this research try to see things from the miao culture and middle school students’ age development of unique characteristics of miao nationality middle school students’ self-esteem, achievement motivation and the relationship between social desirability.The results of the study are as follows:(1) the miao nationality middle school students’ self-esteem significant gender differences, boys level higher than girls; I orientation of achievement motivation gender differences, the level of the girls than boys, The social orientation of achievement motivation and achievement motivation scores, gender differences are not social desirability;(2)Miao nationality middle school students’ self-esteem, achievement motivation, a total score I orientation of achievement motivation, social orientation of achievement motivation and social desirability were no significant differences between urban and rural areas;(3)Achievement motivation of miao nationality middle school students "individual-orientation grade differences, one of the highest achievements in school students of the" individual-orientation; Social desirability significant grade difference, high school students in the social credit level is higher than other three grade; Self-esteem, achievement motivation total achievement motivation, social orientation is not grade differences;(4)Miao nationality middle school students’ self-esteem, a I orientation have significant relationship between achievement motivation and social desirability, an achievement motivation I orientation in plays a role of intermediary between self-esteem and social desirability.(5)Miao junior middle school students had no significant relationship between social desirability and self-esteem, achievement motivation total score and each dimension were significantly associated with social desirability, but self-esteem, achievement motivation and there is no intermediary role between social desirability; Miao high school students the relationship between self-esteem and social desirability, achievement motivation, the total score of social orientation of achievement motivation can significantly predict social desirability, but self-esteem and social orientation of the relationship between achievement motivation was not significant, therefore, in high school, miao high school students in the relationship between performance for self-esteem through achievement motivation affect the path of the relationship between social desirability;(6)Miao male and female students, a self-esteem I orientation relationship between achievement motivation and social desirability were significantly, all show the self-esteem through my orientation achievement motivation affect the path of the relationship between social desirability.(7) the mediation effect of miao boy accounted for the proportion of the total effect is greater than the girl. |
