Research On The Development Of Shanxi Province Tourism Industry Based On The Value Of Cultural Resources

For a long time, economic development path of the resource-dependent is major constraint of economic structure optimization and industrial upgrading of Shanxi Province,especially entering a new normal economic development.so seeking the new driving force for economic development has become the necessary direction of development.At the same time, the tourism drawbacks about their own cognition of Shanxi also make all levels of government draw more and more attention to the development of cultural tourism in Shanxi.Under the guidance of the cultural province and cultural construction of "six major projects" policy,the cultural tourism industry of Shanxi Province is developing rapidly.Exploring the new path of industrial transformation, the development of cultural tourism is an important direction of industrial development in Shanxi Province.Currently, in Shanxi Province, the first industrial development in recent years is relatively stable, steady rise slightly; output value of second industry,especially in the coal industry in recent years has a declining trend because of the new normal economy;the tertiary industry is booming,and tourism is strong momentum of development,which is expected to lead out of the woods "coal" of Shanxi Province. But there are many problems of the current development of cultural tourism in Shanxi Province.High-quality cultural tourism resources have not been effectively utilized to develop and products is generally single, low-end.In a word, the problem is more prominent.The main reason is the lack of awareness of cultural tourism resources of Shanxi province, which led to the development of cultural tourism strategy bias, and the paths of development is not clear.Based on those upon,through literature analysis,grasping the status of the problem,relying on resources carding to innovate evaluation index system of cultural resources and building and analyzing cultural tourism matrix model evaluation, this article explores for cultural tourism development strategy and path for the healthy and rapid development of cultural tourism in Shanxi Province and provides scientific and rational theory and practical guidance.This paper is divided into six parts for elaborate demonstration.The first chapter includes thesis research background, theoretical and practical significance, literature review of relevant research, research content and methods. The second chapter presents herein relates to the concepts and theories.The third chapter is about Current Situation,development trends, development issues, development bottleneck of cultural tourism industry in Shanxi Province. The forth chapter assesses the value of cultural tourism resources in Shanxi Province.Author has a simple combing for a variety of cultural tourism resources, the type of innovation to build cultural tourism resources evaluation system, evaluation matrix, with a new evaluation model to analyze and evaluate the Shanxi Province cultural resources,and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of Shanxi tourism products and cultural tourism development.The fifth Chapter is about case studies- Shanxi moraine port town’s cultural tourism development research, through combing and valuation of Shanxi qikou County culturalresources for mining, development of cultural tourism in County moraine mouth. The sixth chapter is about Shanxi Cultural Tourism Development Strategy Path of Construction.Author build development strategy library based on AHP, and relying on the resource value assessment, author builds cultural tourism products pedigree for Shanxi Province.
