pursue cultural spiritual life continually,the development of Chinese cultural industry has entered the stage like a raging fire,related research shows that the development of Chinese cultural industry will have a period of rapid development,Shanxi province put forward the "cultural province" strategy in2001,the development of cultural industry has been highly concerned by the government,although Shanxi province culture industry has made great achievements recently,but compared with other developed areas in China,there is still a huge gap.Therefore,in order to study the new trend of cultural industry in Shanxi Province,to promote its further development,and then promote the economic transformation and upgrading of Shanxi Province,this paper makes the following research.Analyzes the cultural industry development environment,Shanxi province depended on coal all the time,single industrial structure,now,with the lack of energy gradually,development and utilization of new energy gradually increased,at the same time,people's awareness of environmental protection is gradually strengthened,for the use of coal and other fossil energy is gradually reduced.Coal development is declining,Shanxi has to make transformation and development imminently,the cultural industry has become a new industry in the new century,and it has a great development potential,Shanxi Province has rich cultural resources and obvious advantagese of industrial development;at the same time,make a introduce the related research outside ande domestic from the facet of the cultural industry research object,development of industry,research methods,eventually concluded that the cultural industry in Shanxi province and emerge in an endless stream,the cultural industry Most of the studies areonly qualitative analysis,and empirical research is rare.Secondly,reviews the evolution and expansion of domestic and international cultural industry concept,the concept of cultural industries in different periods were analyzed,finally using our definition of cultural industry the latest documents;summarizes the characteristics of the cultural industry,it has economic persistence,innovation integration,economic characteristics and entertainment etc.;clarify the cultural industry theory from the industrial organization,industrial structure,industry association,and useing the empirical analysis method of grey correlation analysis to explain.Then analyzes the development of cultural industry in Shanxi Province,such as industrial development potential,development scale,product export and industrial policies,the results showed that cultural industries is a industry that has the development potential in Shanxi Province,the industrial development has reached a certain scale,industry concentration rate and product export situation remains to be improved,the policy has also received strong support from government;from the "Diamond Model",with the analysis,selected 12 factors affecting the development of cultural industry from human factors,related industries and export-oriented economy in six aspects,build the evaluation system.According to the above analysis and data collection,choose the appropriate method of empirical research to make quantitative analysis in Shanxi province with cultural industry related data from 2008 to2014,the results showed that different factors are different,from high to low is broadly divided into three categories,among these factors,education,financial expenditure the largest correlation,and total exports the lowest correlation degree is lower than 0.6,other factors in the meantime.At the same time compared with other provinces and cities of the cultural industry development level,then found many problems about the cultursl development of Shanxi province,such as the industrial development environment,the lack of demand,occlusion of culture and cultural consumption consciousness is not strong,lack of talents,science andtechnology innovation capability is weak,inadequate government supervision and other aspects of the development.Combined with the fourth chapter about all kinds of
