The rapid development of smart phones which has a great impact on people's lives and psychological status has become an important intelligent terminal.The abundance and convenience of mobile phones have made it a "tender trap" that many high school students can't get rid of.The problem of how to reduce the dependence of high school students on mobile phones has become a concern for parents,schools and researchers as the students use mobile phone time greatly.Time management disposition are psychological and behavioral characteristics of how individuals treat time,operate time,and confidence in their time management.Studies have shown that individuals' sense of self-control of time is closely related to addictive behavior.In college students,there is a significant negative correlation between time management disposition and mobile phone dependence.Group counseling is one of the common and efficient ways of counseling for high school students.And group counseling has effectively intervened in students' time management disposition.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between high school students' mobile phone dependence and time management disposition,and explore the intervention effect of time management group counseling on mobile phone dependence.Research one selected high school students from Hohhot first middle school,Hohhot second middle school and Qingshui River County ordinary high school to investigate the relationship between mobile phone dependence and time management disposition.The survey tools used were “Mobile phone addiction index” and “Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale”.In research two,20 students with severe cellphone dependence were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Time management group counseling was used to intervene students in the experimental group.The results of this research are as follows:1.The high school students' mobile dependence detection rate is 23.29%.2.The time management disposition of senior high school students showed significant differences in the place of origin and grade.The time sense of value and time monitoring of rural students were significantly higher than those of urban and town students,and the time management disposition of sophomore students was significantly lower than that of grade one and senior three students,showing a lower sense of time effectiveness.3.Time management tendencies can significantly negatively predict mobile phone dependence.4.Time management group counseling intervention is effective for the dimension of time monitoring.But it had no significant difference in time value and time efficacy.5.The time management group counseling was effective for the mobile phone dependence and the dimensionality of out of control and low efficiency.
