This study explore the relationship between mobile phone dependence, time management disposition and the academic procrastination of college students and puts forward suggestions on improving the academic procrastination condition of college students.In this study, with regard to the subjects, there are 480 college students from freshman to senior students who are enrolled from four colleges in the area of ZhengZhou and KaiFeng. The study is researched by the paper questionnaire and the questionnaire adopted "mobile phone dependence questionnaire", "academic procrastination assessment scale" and "Time Management Disposition Scale". At the beginning of the study, the three variables of mobile phone dependence, academic procrastination and time management disposition were compared, then the correlation and regression analysis were carried out for the three variables.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the overall level of college Students’ mobile phone dependence is in the middle condition. There is no significant difference in gender dimension. And there is no significant difference in the grade of college students on the phone dependence. College students’ condition are significantly different on the issue of “the only child or not”. Refer to the only child, the degree of reliance on mobile phone is significantly higher than that of the non-only child.Secondly, college students’ time management level is overall in the middle condition. There is no significant difference in gender dimension. Time value sense of dimension and time effectiveness dimension are showing significantly different. Especially, the sophomores’ aggregate score is clearly higher than the other three grades. However, the senior students’ aggregate score is lowest in time value sense of dimension and the freshmen’s aggregate score is the lowest in time effectiveness dimension. The sense of time control dimensions shows significantly different on “the only child”.Thirdly, the overall level of college students’ academic procrastination is in the middle condition. It is not significantly different in gender dimension. College students’ academic procrastination in grade is significantly different, freshmen’s academic procrastination level is the highest, which followed by the senior students. Sophomores’ academic procrastination level is the lowest, which is compared with other grade students. Whether the student is the only child, different subjects are not significantly different. But the academic procrastination degree of the only child is slightly lower than the non-only child.Fourthly, college student’s mobile phone dependence is negatively correlated with time management disposition. College students’ time management disposition and academic procrastination tendency are significantly negative correlated, but the college student’s mobile phone dependence and academic procrastination tendency have a significant positive correlation.Fifthly, there is an important intermediary role of college Students’ time management disposition, which affects the process of the impact of mobile phone dependence on academic procrastination.
