Employee enterprise loyalty is not only an important content of enterprise human resources management, but also an important subject of Enterprise Ethics. From the ethical perspective, the enterprise employee loyalty involves ethical issues such as the ethical relationship between enterprises and employees, the enterprise moral obligation and the employees’ professional integrity. As a result, do a research on enterprise employee loyalty from the ethical perspective and put forward the cultivation path and strategy for enterprise employee loyalty is of great significance,In market economy conditions, employee enterprise loyalty is employees’ conscious choice based on their recognition of the enterprise values and development goals, which shows the tendency of psychological identity, emotional and behavioral support. It is not only a personal virtue, but the motivation and source of enterprise development. As a virtue, the development of employee loyalty cannot be forced, but influenced by various factors. From the perspective of ethics, we can grasp the influence factors from three aspects:individual staff, enterprise organization and social environment. In fact, the current situation of employee loyalty is not optimistic, which mainly reflects in the lacking of personal loyalty awareness and loyalty environment.Surveying from the view of ethics, employee loyalty is a two-way loyalty, which advocates both the employees’ dedication to the enterprise and the enterprise responsibility and duty for the employee. Its internal ethical appeal mainly manifests in three aspects:trust, reciprocity and justice, of which trust is the precondition, reciprocity is the persistent power and justice is the guarantee.Therefore, cultivating employee loyalty should satisfy the needs of employee not only in the material, also in the ethical appeal. In terms of ways and methods, putting enterprise culture as the breakthrough point to optimize enterprise internal loyalty environment. Strategically, set up employee focus groups and pay more attention to their salary and career growth. On the security settings, highlight enterprises’ethic management by focusing on their corporate image, value orientation and system construction. Only allow enterprises to break through the cold system of administration and really care about employees’all-round development, can we truly achieve the employee enterprise loyalty and build harmonious enterprises as well as harmonious society.
