In the later of nineteen century, Westernization Movement had raised taking the"self-improvement""seeks wealth"as purpose in the homeland to save Qing Dynasty in a critical situation. How to management these modern enterprise, it had become the most important task for enterprise operator, they has absorbed and led into the advanced managerial experience and pattern. But advanced experience does not bring about the sustained economic effect. This has to(?) arouse our descendants's self-examination for it.The main body of the thesis is cleaned up mainly with for"government-supervised and merchant-managed"enterprise in the later Qing dynasty, studying enterprise employee management from the angle with business administration. We can learn the characteristic managing aspect in employee on these factory and have draw certain lessons to descendants.
