Research On The Application Of Enterprise Annuity In Employee Motivation Of C Company

With China's accelerating population aging,enterprise annuity as an important part of China's diversified pension security system,plays a pivotal role in filling the pension gap.At the same time,enterprise annuity is also a kind of employee benefits implemented by enterprises according to national policies and their own business capacity.Enterprise annuity is a kind of supplementary pension insurance system,it is also an important talents-attraction and incentive strategy for employers.Enterprise annuity can not only relieve employees' pension pressure but also provide incentives to employees in the form of benefits,so it can improve employees' loyalty to the enterprise and work enthusiasm,then promote the enterprise human resource management level.In order to better motivate employees,C Company has created a series of enterprise annuity implementation strategies.This paper starts from the related concepts and theoretical basis,studies the concept,characteristics and functions of enterprise annuity,discusses the relationship between enterprise annuity and employee incentives.After analyzing the enterprise annuity system of C Company and its implementation effect,this paper conducted interviews and surveys with employees of C Company.This paper also summarizes and analyzes the problems in the annuity plan implemented by the company,and the reasons why enterprise annuity has not fully played its role in employee incentives of C Company.At the same time,drawing on the excellent experience of enterprise annuity program design in domestic and foreign,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the application of enterprise annuity in the employee incentives of C Company.
