Objective:Based on the investigation of the status quo and characteristics of social comparison,interpersonal trust and employee loyalty,to explore the relationship between these three factors,the research results are used to ensure employee loyalty,improve work efficiency,improve enterprise performance to provide practical suggestions.Methods:The Social Comparison Tendency Scale,Interpersonal Trust Scale and Employee Loyalty Scale were used for measurement.A total of 401 valid questionnaires were collected.The participants in filling out the questionnaire are all in-service employees of the organization.Results:1.The total score of social comparison has no significant difference in gender,age and occupation dimension.The concept comparison and ability comparison have no significant difference in gender and age dimension,but show difference in occupation aspect.2.The total score of interpersonal trust has no significant difference in gender,age and occupation.3.There was no significant difference in total loyalty score,affective commitment,normative commitment and opportunity commitment between genders,but there were significant differences between different ages and occupations.In the dimension of economic commitment,there are differences among different occupations.There was no difference in the dimension of ideal commitment in gender,age and occupation.4.The total score of social comparison and the dimension of competence comparison are positively correlated with interpersonal trust,and employee loyalty,emotional commitment,normative commitment and ideal commitment are positively correlated with interpersonal trust;The total score and dimensions of social comparison are positively correlated with the total score and dimensions of employee loyalty,and social comparison and interpersonal trust have an impact on employee loyalty,and interpersonal trust plays a mediating role in social comparison and employee loyalty.Conclusions and Suggestions:The dimensions of social comparison,interpersonal trust and employee loyalty show different differences in gender,age and occupation,which may be due to the differences in research objects and research tools.Three variable dimension also exists between different degree of correlation,in general,three variables are two closely related to the total score and interpersonal trust in social comparison and some intermediary effect between employee loyalty,suggesting that staff loyalty is not only affected by social comparison directly,the influence of social comparison also through interpersonal trust acts on the loyalty of employees.According to the research results,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the loyalty of employees:First,establish objective and transparent standards and systems for evaluating a work outcome and strictly abide by them,and encourage employees to supervise and participate in management;Second,in the interview screening process,recruiters can pay more attention to the factors that affect interpersonal trust,such as family upbringing style and social value orientation,so as to reduce the risk of abnormal change from the source.
