Nowadays, with the development of current socio-economic, the construction of the new socialist society, the continued advance reform of middle school education, the overall requirements of the future middle school teachers has been improved and the state begin to make teacher qualification examination system a big adjustment from the original the "provincial examination" into "national test". And the normal school students can not get the teacher certification after graduation unless participate in the "national test" and get it. Thus, this invisiblly makes normal students in a passive position on obtaining teacher qualification, which requires the normal university to make an adjustment on the current system of teacher education curriculum.In this paper, the theory of teacher professional development, curriculum theory and geography teacher qualification "provincial examination" to "national test," guided by the theory of change, using literature analysis, survey research analysis, interviews and analysis methods such as inductive conclusions, teacher qualifications by the "provincial examination" to "national test," changes the background, select Taiyuan Normal University geography scince 2012-2015 targeting students, Normal Colleges survey of the profession of teacher education curriculum, analysis the cause of teacher qualifications obtained after "national test," the policy of reform and geography teacher education curriculum background. This thesis mainly involves four parts. The first part is an introduction, mainly on background geography teacher education curriculum study under teacher qualification "national test" background, practical meaning, purpose, content, ideas and methods of domestic and foreign literature review, and referred to herein definition of core concepts. The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper discusses teacher specialization theory, humanistic curriculum development theory and constructivist curriculum theory. The third part through questionnaires on the status quo in normal university geography teacher education curriculum to investigate, a profound analysis of the current lack of qualified teachers in the "national test" background, geography teacher education curriculum and the reasons. The last part is the basis of the previous three parts, teacher qualifications "national test," as the background, from the perspective of practice set three course scientific expertise geography curriculum, geography and science teacher education curriculum to geographical science education discussion on setting geography teachers college education courses for the "national test".For the normal university should make the "national test" as the background and make adjustments and improvements from the professional knowledge base course, geography teacher education courses and teaching practice courses to go on current geography teacher education curriculum reform. Normal university makes students obtain qualifications for teachers and lay a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in the future teacher career. As a result, make contributions to the country by training future secondary school outstanding geography teachers.
