| The culture teaching of Teaching Chinese As a Second Language has been more and more attention, the research with a large of number and fruitful. Due to lack of proper culture teaching systematic program in the teaching process, highly dependent on the textbook. The research on cultural factors in the selection of materials, layout and presentation made rare. In view of this, this paper, "Bridges- Practical Intermediate Chinese Course" as a research object, YAO Chunmu, Bian Juefei’s "114 cultural projects" as cultural factors classification standards, textbooks cultural factors in the statistical analysis, the final theory and practice the combination of cultural factors in the selection of materials, layout and presentation of feasible suggestions.
