Combined with his study in Europe and the United States, exposing himself to western culture a lot, impacted from the thoughts of literary theorists such as Kant, Schopenhauer, Zhu could fully absorb and draw lessons from the essence of Chinese and western culture, when forming his own theory of tragedy psychology. This is the effect of “moving the flower of western aesthetics to Chinese literary theory wood”.
