The Fine Arts Propaganda Of The Third Bureau In The Political Department And The Organization Strategy Of CPC

The Third Bureau of the Political Department in the Military Committee of the Nationalist government(abbreviated as"the Third Bureau ")is set up on lth April 1938 in Wuhan.lt was established in the background of the second round of KMT-CPC cooperation.At this time, the KMT and the CPC had shown the intention of cooperation in anti-Japanese war. With a series of concessions,CPC finally was able to join the nationalist government, and had a place in the Political Department and the third bureau. In the bureau,CPC strarted the struggle for the right of art Propaganda with the KMT. Through the infiltration and control of the Third Bureau,CPC organized arts activities and propagated it’s art Thought. Thereafter CPC used the fine arts’propaganda activities of the Third Bureau as a basis to propagate and ideological practice their art in Yan’an.In the introduction(Which is the first part of this paper) made relatively detailed introduction of the background of the Establishment of the Third Bureau.,Making a review of the current reseach and present the difficulties which will be confronted.The second part introduce CPC’s influence on the building of the organization system of the Third Bureau.betwen the connection of the Third Bureau and the Political Department, CPC bulit another connection between the third bureau and the Yangtze Bureau.Meanwhile, Inside CPC built clandestine system to make it’s power and influence gradually infiltrate into the bureau.Besides,CPC try their best to expand the scale and influence of the internal and external art groups(including the fine arts organizations).The cooperation between internal and external art groups expanded the influence of the Third Burean and helped the member in it migrate to other places in China.Also,the relationship network between the members of the Third Bureau gathered the power of fine arts propaganda.In the third part,with sorting out the thought of anti-Japanese national united front of CPC,I try to analyze the influence of the thought of anti-Japanese national united front to the fine arts propaganda of the Third Bureau.In the fourth part, through sorting out the thought of fine arts propaganda of the main leaders in the Third Bureau. The paper discuss the effection of fine arts propaganda’s thoughts to the fine arts propaganda activities.In conclusion,this paper tries to ananlyse the influence of CPC in fine arts propaganda of the Third Bureau And the influence of the Third Bureau as a transition of the CPC’s fine arts propaganda to the development of fine arts in Yan’an, Futhermore,through the discussion of the influence of CPC to the Third Burean,this paper want to show the influence of political party’s desire to the development of fine arts organization.
