Research On Shandong Opera Professional Troupes Development Status And Optimization Path Exploration

Shandong Opera, as a regional opera, one of the eight local Chinese operas, was formed in the late years of the Qing Dynasty. It is not only an important part of China’s intangible cultural heritage, but also an integral part of Shandong’s traditional culture, has a very high cultural value. Along with the diversified development of culture, the choice of the audiences has become more diversified, opera performance market increasingly under threat and challenge, and suffered a crisis of survival. Shandong Opera Troupes plays its part to protect and inherit the local opera, which some extent reflects to the condition of the development of the Shandong Opera. Therefore, the research on the development status of Shandong Opera Troupes and how to protect and develop is the main issues that are to be discussed in this paper.Through the collection of the data from eighteen Shandong Opera troupes, this paper selects each one of the Shandong Opera troupe from the class of province, city and county. Based on the analysis of the development condition of the professional Shandong Opera and the consideration of the development experience and the existent problem of the different class of the Shandong Opera, this paper is to find the root of the problems and proposes its suggestion so as to explore the new development approach of the professional Shandong Opera.Chapter one:The general development of Shandong Opera. This chapter is to explain the source of the development of Shandong Opera and troupe.Chapter two:The research of individual case. This chapter dedicates to the research of the individual case of the Shandong Opera Theatre of Shandong province (Provincial-level), the Shandong Opera troupe of Binzhou (Municipal-level) and Kenli County (County-level). This part will analyze and explain the development of participants, organization, constructive structure, financial condition and source and the movement of management. It will also analyze the comprehensive situation of the professional troupe of third level.Chapter three:he existent problem and the root cause analysis, the suggestion for policy. This chapter will conclude the development problems of Shandong opera theatre from macro and micro viewpoint and take a chance to find the roots of the problems from inside and outside. Concerning the problems and crisis faced by the professional Shandong Opera troupe, this chapter puts forward the specific methods and advices from the standpoint of Shandong Opera troupes.Chapter four:New approach for the troupes development. This chapter presents the "PPP development model", that is, the introduction of social capital to participate in the performances to solve the facing financial problems and fully rely on the company "Internet+opera" concept to build "Shandong Opera Information service platform" to solve two kinds of optimization path of many existing problems in the troupes.Conclusion:This chapter mainly summarizes the whole text and point out the existent problem and limitation of this paper and proposes the expectant research of relevant topic.
