Enterprises as the engine of economic development in China, no matter in the international competition or in the domestic market to reconcile all play a crucial role. On the one hand, the development of the enterprise can promote the development of the society, on the other hand, the enterprise profit can lead to social stability, so how to make enterprises realize orderly and long-term growth is our problem to be solved at present stage. Enterprise’s moral construction is one of the problems with higher attention in recent years. Enterprise wants to rapid development, not only to seize the market opportunities and regularity, but also should improve their own moral image, so that improve their competitiveness in the market or in the international market, to achieve better development. Nowadays in our country is in the midst of the economic system and social transition, the domestic economic is in the rapid growth, the overall trend is positive. Under such a strong momentum, match with the economic development of our country enterprise ethics has not been formed, some enterprises in the society lack moral self-discipline, in contrast with interests as a starting point, can sacrifice everything for profits. This approach not only caused damage to the consumers, but also caused huge losses to the domestic economic environment, will have a negative impact to the development of social economy, and even spread to the overseas market. In this environment, the enterprise ethics construction more important.And the construction of enterprise ethics not only relate to the long-term development of enterprises in our country, more to promote socialist economic development is of far-reaching significance.
