With the development of the society, more and more women participate in social division of labor with various ways. They have various employment forms, contributing to the development of society and family. In the workplace, the company demands the professional female achieve the standards of male staff, so born out of a variety of "Super Woman" and "Bai Gu Jing". In addition, when women enter into family, the role of professional female is converted to a loving mother, considerate wife and obedient daughter, who assumes the responsibility and moral duty bring by these roles. Women spend a lot of time and energy on career and family. When the increase of dual-earner families in society, raising children, supporting the elderly, become the burden of women, long past, women will get into work-family conflict.One of the reasons that affect women’s physical and mental health is likely to be their work-family conflict. The researches have shown that work-family conflict can lead to depression, lower life satisfaction, and even affect employee’s health (Sue Campbell Clark,2000), self-esteem is one of the important indicators of mental health. Self-esteem can improve individual physical and mental health and happiness.In this study, professional female was as the research’s object, use the implicit association to detect the professional female’s implicit self-esteem, and use the questionnaire method to find the relationship in work-family conflict, explicit self-esteem, working pressure and social support. The focus of the study was to investigate whether there is a mediation mechanism between work family conflict and self-esteem. And, how the mediation effect the mechanism process. Research results show that:(1) Professional women implicit self-esteem was significant. And there is a significant difference between implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem. The level of professional female’s implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem is higher than average.(2) The professional women in the study have serious work-family conflict phenomenon and bigger working pressure, but have inadequate social support.(3) The professional women feel more work interference with family than professional men, and career men feel more family interference with work than career women.(4) The higher professional women explicit self-esteem, the less they face work-family conflict and work pressure.(5) Explicit self-esteem can predict work interference with family and family interference with work, explicit self-esteem can indirectly through intervening variable focal affect work-family conflict and work interference with family.(6) Professional women have the higher levels of self-esteem, the more social support.(7) The mediation effect of social support is significant. Subjective support dimension of social support can be used as a mediating variable between self-esteem and work interference with family and family interference with work.
