Optimization Research And Practice Of Thework Flow In The Production Of Animation

Today, China’s animation industry has undergone major changes in the transition, showing a good momentum of vigorous development. The manifestations of animated films become increasingly rich and varied, and the original animation content is increasingly valued. At the same time, rapid technological development of its power has constantly impact and breakthrough on the industrial model. It also provide a guarantee for the animation process efficiency which need the support of being more in line with their own conditions and norms of process management model.The theoretical part of this article mainly elaborated the development status of diversity of animated films with digital technology, and summarizes the current representative of several categories animated film type. This article respectively proposes an overview of the different operating characteristics and technical characteristics of different types of animated films, also describes the convenient working platforms of work flow owning to technical development. It also suggests that different aspects is changing because of the development of animation.The applicative part of this article is to pay attention to the discrete and repetitive work characteristics of work flow in production of animation with nonlinear thinking as the core. This thesis summarizes and explore different types of animation film workflow optimization methods and proposes optimization program through the research of the process of making a shot film.
