The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction part, in this chapter we introduced the research content, the research methodology, difficulty and main point of the research, significance of the thesis and point of innovation etc. The second chapter is literature summary, in the chapter we referred to the compilation history about Mongolian-Chinese dictionary of Mongolia, analysed the research situation of Mongolian-Chinese dictionary of Mongolia, and expounded the compilation research of Chinese contemporary dictionaries and the interpretation theory of the dictionary in China.The third chapter analyzed the existing issues in the Mongolian-Chinese dictionary, selecting the 25 Mongolian words with more than 6 Chinese meaning analyzed them. It is found that partial interpretation and meaning of the original words are not equivalent, lexical category is different, type of writing is not same too, the word and terms which is used in the partial interpretation is not common or already out-of-date. While it is lack of explanation about the word collocation.The fourth chapter is survey result. We made investigation to Mongolian students about the usage, demand and comment of Mongolian-Chinese dictionary. Besides we researched that Mongolian- Chinese dictionary how to influence their study and the quality of the interpretation.Basis on the third and fourth chapter, in the fifth chapter we put forward some suggestions to the compilation of Mongolian-Chinese dictionary and teaching Chinese in Mongolia.The thesis, basis on the Lexicography study of Mongolia and China, combining the ontology research and the teaching research, explored the interpretation issues in the "Mongolian-Chinese dictionary", analyzed the difficulty which create by Mongolian students using the dictionary. Moreover, the author put forward some good method to solve their difficulty. The author believes that this thesis can provide help for Mongolian Chinese learners to learn Chinese well.
