China with a large area has excellent local music of intangible cultural heritage. Clearly, it is a very important supplement to integrate the local music Intangible Cultural Heritage into school music education for the current school music education. This allows students to study in school-based curriculum, while receiving excellent national culture under the influence of music, which is conducive for students to have good aesthetic taste and sense of national pride. The article is for this purpose to survey School Music Education article from the perspective of cultural heritage.Thesis consists of an introduction, body and conclusion of three parts. Body comprises three chapters:the first chapter, school and music class of non-material cultural heritage in the interactive space. The second chapter, Luoshan shadow practice survey in School Music Education. The third chapter, Luoshan shadow theory in School Music Education in the analysis.Firstly, the article seizes theoretically the mission of non-heritage inherit, responsibility, platform advantages, the importance of non-heritage to education to discuss. Secondly,the article made a careful investigation for Luoshan shadow at all levels of school education on realities, from the practical level to grasp different levels students about the cognition status of non-heritage of music, music of Xinyang Intangible Cultural Heritage, Luoshan shadow Puppetry and campus heritage. Last, the article made a rational analysis on Luoshan shadow position in the minds of students at all levels from the perspective of music education function.
