Verbal communication and nonverbal communication are two forms of human communication.The nonverbal communication is important in the process of the TCFL. To some extent, it’s even more delicate than the verbal communication. Therefore, this paper aims to do a thorough study on nonverbal communication means, try to reveal the use of nonverbal communication means in the TCFL, propose to let the teachers properly and reasonable use nonverbal communication means to facilitate teaching,closely put nonverbal communication and TCSL together to obtain the best results from teaching. This paper focuses on the study of teachers’ nonverbal communication means,how to use nonverbal means in the classroom and how do teachers purposeful use effective means of non-verbal communication in the classroom.In view of this,the paper can be divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly illustrates the reason for writing this paper,the previous writings,research methods,and the current research;the second chapter generally defines and clarifies nonverbal communication means,expounds the unique features and functions of nonverbal communication, and points out the important role of nonverbal communication in the TCFL;the third chapter is the key part of this paper,from different aspects of language teaching,teachers’ practical teaching cases and practical application of the TCFL,this part is divided into application and case analysis of phonetic, vocabulary, grammar, the Chinese characters and culture;the fourth chapter points out the problems existing in the application of nonverbal communication in the TCFL,and gives the corresponding solutions.The last part is the conclusion.
