Under the influence of economic globalization, the requirement of the society for accounting personnel changes from a single to compound type, and accounting English is a required course for accounting majors. The students in the secondary vocational school have a basis of poor English, and they are not interested in English learning. Generally, all of them exist in the secondary vocational school, and they also have a direct impact on the development of accounting English teaching. The new requirements are raised in vocational schools, exploring the effective way of accounting English teaching has become the focus of teachers of English accounting work. The change of accounting English teaching model will play an active role in the completion of secondary vocational education, and even related to the success or failure of the reform of vocational education.Construction theory, humanism theory and social interaction theory related theory stated the subject position of students in teaching, emphasize importance of the communication and cooperation between educators and students, and between students. Under the guidance of the theory, the scholars at home and abroad have carried out the research on the theory of interaction in language teaching from many aspects, multi-angles and multi-levels. These theoretical research and teaching practice provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the application of interactive teaching mode in accounting English class.Two questionnaires were carried out in this paper. For the first time, at the beginning of the study, in-depth understanding of the main problems exists in the current accounting English teaching. What’s more, the experimental study of interactive teaching mode can improve the accounting students comprehensive ability of using English effectively. For the second time, at the end of the experiment, the questionnaire survey to understand changes were brought by the interactive teaching. The results showed that the experimental group which carried out the interactive teaching to a great extent improve the comprehensive ability of using English.During the practice, in the classroom of the experimental group, according to the construction theory in teaching design, students were helped and promoted to construct knowledge views and the theory of humanism ideas on the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability. The process of teaching were set a variety of problem scenarios and interactive links about by the students in the experimental group from students more familiar with the accounting professional knowledge introduction. They were divided into several groups, used questions to guide students to explore issues, mobilized the enthusiasm, initiatived and creativity of the students’ learning. They also help students effectively construction of knowledge, the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability, improve the students’ professional quality and ability.In this paper, the test method was used to evaluate the teaching evaluation, and then the statistical software SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the test papers and the results of the pre-test and post-test. The analysis results show that the interactive teaching practice in the experimental group has achieved remarkable results, indicating that the interactive teaching model can effectively improve the students’ comprehensive ability of accounting English.
