| As the great achievement gained from enterprise cultural construction in Japan, enterprise cultural construction has become the focus of international enterprises from all over the world since 1970s and 1980s. In the past years, enterprise cultural construction in China usually referred to enterprise cultural theories from the western countries, but the outcome is not that satisfying. Therefore, enterprises in China began to seek theories conforming to the practice in China. Thus Chinese traditional philosophies came into our view gradually. However, relevant researches mainly focused on the theories themselves instead of the practical application. Consequently, this paper aims to discuss significance of applying the Chinese traditional philosophies in cultural construction of modern enterprises and to explore efficient ways.This paper instructs the Chinese traditional philosophies and modern enterprise culture. Firstly, it involves the core contents and basic essence of Chinese traditional philosophies and the definition and characteristics of modern enterprise culture. Following that, it analyzes the significance of applying Chinese traditional philosophies in modern enterprise cultural construction and systematically introduces the theory of human nature, scientific methodology and core values given by Chinese traditional philosophies.There is some problem in the application of Chinese traditional philosophies in the development of modern corporate culture. Briefly, modern enterprise cultural construction in China is mainly influenced by western enterprises, or combines the Confucianism and theories of management with a deep influence from utilitarianism in Chinese traditional philosophies. Besides, the Chinese traditional philosophies applied in enterprise cultural construction tends to be massification but not deeply rooted.The ways that Chinese traditional philosophies are applied in modern enterprise culture. This paper modern goes from four aspects to explore the ways to apply Chinese traditional philosophies practically. Firstly, leaders should lead to help make the core contents of Chinese traditional philosophies popular in enterprise culture. Secondly, a reform should be carried out among cadres, staffs, institutions and administration. Thirdly, creativity of the enterprise should be improved. Fourthly, the successful cases should be advocated. |
