With continuous improving levels of our country‘s economy and science, the market competition is increasingly intense and the external environment is increasingly complex. So in front of so much pressure, enterprises are too busy to handle everything.In order to seize the opportunity to deal with pressure at the same time, the enterprise will exhaust way to efficiently find the problem and creatively solve problems.So, in the enterprise, employees‘ creativity has been the driving force for its development, transformation and problem solving.However, employees are faced with a certain risk while showing their creativity, that is, whether the employees‘ creative approach to solve the problem will really work or not, and whether it will be recognized by others. Therefore, this study explored the impact of the empowering leadership on employees‘ creativity, and studied the impact of environmental uncertainty and employee‘s personal creativity bias on the relationship between the empowering leadership and employees‘ creativity.This study adopted the method of combination of experiment and questionnaire, and selected employees in a number of companies engaged in different industries as a sample, a total of 83 valid data collection. Our reseach exploredthe role of empowering leadership on employees‘ creativity under the influence of environmental uncertainty and creativity. The results showed that:(1) empowering leadership can positively influence employees‘ creativity;(2) the three dimensional interaction of empowering leadership, uncertainty and creativity bias influence employees‘ creativity;(3) three dimensional interaction is shown to be specific: when employees have a low implicit bias towards creativity, the relationship between empowering leadership and employees‘ creativity is positively regulated by environmental uncertainty;(4) when the employees’ creativity bias is higher and the environment uncertainty is lower, the empowering leadership has a significant positive effect on employees‘ creativity.Finally, according to the related theories, this paper explains and discusses the results of the study, and points out the deficiencies of this study and the implications for future research.
